Submit your MC number. Once FMCSA verifies it, we email a setup link to the address on your FMCSA record. The link is single-use and valid for 24 hours.
Your W-9, MC certificate, certificate of insurance, a certificate naming Hublink Services Inc. as certificate holder, a voided check for each ACH or wire account, and a notice of assignment if you factor.
Direct payment, factored payment, or both, via ACH, wire transfer or EFS. You select a default in your profile.
Your insurance provider sends it, naming Hublink Services Inc. as certificate holder, to [email protected]. Your setup is approved once it is received and verified.
